za pobraniem bleibt Standard in Polen. InPost, DPD Pocztex, GLS und DHL bieten alle einen veröffentlichten Zuschlag. Einrichtung: 5–15 zł über eine verknüpfte Versandart, Paczkomaty als separate Versandart und województwa zum Einschränken.

COD in the BLIK era

BLIK made prepayment effortless in Poland, and pobranie's share has fallen, but it hasn't disappeared, and carriers still support cash or card on delivery everywhere, including InPost's Paczkomat lockers (pay in the InPost app on pickup). For a Polish store the calculus is simple: keep pobranie for the customers who want it, and let a visible fee steer everyone else to BLIK, which most already prefer.

Setup

1. Settings → Payments → manual method named “Płatność za pobraniem”.
2. Create the fee rate(s) in your Poland zone, e.g. “Za pobraniem (+9,99 zł)”, matching or slightly above your carrier's pobranie surcharge, and link them in ACOD.
3. Running kurier + Paczkomat options? Each delivery method can have its own pobranie variant with its own fee (multiple linked rates).
4. Add a value cap (carriers cap pobranie collection; 5,000 zł is a common ceiling) and tag-based blocking for refusers.
5. Test with testing mode.

The fee-as-conversion-lever logic is especially clean in Poland: “pobranie +9,99 zł / BLIK 0 zł” reads as a fair trade to customers who see the same pattern on Allegro and carrier price lists. The conversion playbook covers framing and amounts.
