Which plan am I on, and why this price?
The price follows your Shopify plan tier. That's why one of your stores can pay $3.99/month (a Basic store on yearly billing) while another pays $6.99 (an Advanced store on monthly). Every tier gets every feature. Your current app plan is shown in ACOD's plan page; charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
Trial and testing
Every first-time install gets 7 days free with all features, enough to configure everything and run testing mode against your real checkout. Development and partner test stores are free forever, so you can validate a client setup before it costs anything.
Cancelling
- Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription automatically; that's how Shopify app billing works for every app. There's no separate cancel button to find.
- Shopify bills app charges in 30-day cycles in advance, so uninstall at least a day before your renewal date to avoid the next cycle.
- A charge that was already invoiced for a period you had the app installed remains payable. If you believe a charge is wrong (e.g. you uninstalled before the trial ended), contact us in the chat or via the listing and we'll review it against the billing records; refunds for justified cases are handled through Shopify's billing system.
Currency
Shopify charges all app subscriptions in USD regardless of your store country; we can't invoice in INR, TRY, or EUR. Your bank statement will show the USD amount converted by your card issuer.

›Will I be charged if I uninstall during the trial?
No. Uninstalling before the 7-day trial ends means no charge. If a charge appears anyway, contact us with your store name and we'll check the billing records with Shopify.
›Does uninstalling remove the COD setup from my checkout?
ACOD's customizations are removed when the app is uninstalled. The shipping rates you created in Shopify settings are yours and stay; delete the COD rate manually if you no longer want it offered.
›Why do my stores pay different amounts for the same app?
Pricing follows each store's Shopify plan (Basic / Grow / Advanced / Plus) and billing interval (monthly vs yearly), so different stores on different tiers pay different rates.
