O ramburs é padrão no e-commerce romeno. Sameday, FAN Courier, Urgent Cargus e DPD oferecem suplemento publicado. Configuração: 5–15 RON por tarifa vinculada, județe e cidades com cobertura e limite de valor.

COD in Romania

Romanian buyers trust the door more than the card form: ramburs remains the dominant payment for domestic e-commerce parcels, every courier offers cash (and increasingly card) collection, and Sameday's easybox locker network even handles COD. Merchants pay per-parcel ramburs charges and carry the refusal risk, which makes the fee + rules setup standard practice, not an exotic optimization.

The 350 RON case (from our own support archive)

“Free shipping over 350 RON, standard shipping below, 5 RON ramburs fee; but when an order is 418 RON and the customer picks COD, the system forces free shipping and the fee disappears.” This exact Romanian setup is in our archive, and the fix is conditional rate pricing: the ramburs rate exists at all order values, priced at shipping+5 below 350 and at 5 above it, while the free rate serves prepaid. Full setup

1. Settings → Payments → manual method named “Plata ramburs”.
2. Create the rate(s) in your Romania zone with the fee (5–10 RON typical) and link them in ACOD.
3. Add an order-value cap matching your courier's cash-collection limit and your risk tolerance.
4. Tag repeat refusers and hide ramburs for the tag.
5. Test via testing mode, including an order just above 350 RON.
